Scott Hendrickson is the founder and owner of Ruby Custom Builders, a luxury custom home construction and renovation company serving the Denver metro area and surrounding Colorado counties. With a lifelong passion for building, Scott has been immersed in the trade since the very beginning—starting at the bottom with hands-on work in framing, trim, and custom carpentry before rising to lead every aspect of the business.

Today, he personally oversees strategic planning, operations, client relationships, and project execution, ensuring that every home reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail. His deep roots in the industry, combined with a commitment to excellence, allow Ruby Custom Builders to deliver exceptional luxury homes and renovations tailored to the most discerning clients.

As Owner and Visionary behind Ruby Custom Builders, Niccole Hendrickson leads the business operations, brand strategy, and long-term growth of the company. While Scott oversees construction and craftsmanship in the field, Niccole works behind the scenes to ensure the business operates with excellence, integrity, and a clear vision for the future.

A lifelong entrepreneur and business leader, Niccole brings more than two decades of experience in business development, operations, leadership, marketing, and client experience. Her passion for building strong systems, cultivating meaningful relationships, and creating a trusted brand foundation has helped shape Ruby Custom Builders into more than a construction company—it is a reflection of the values, standards, and lifestyle that define the people behind it.

Together, Niccole and her husband Scott have built Ruby Custom Builders on a shared commitment to generational craftsmanship, exceptional quality, and genuine service. Their complementary strengths—Scott's mastery of the craft and Niccole's strategic leadership—have created a company known for delivering not only exceptional projects but an elevated experience from start to finish.
